About MeI have been a member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists over 20 years. In 2003 I qualified as a Registered Dispenser. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and obtained a diploma in Clinical Ear Care in 2012.
ExperienceI have worked as a Branch Manager in several Yorkshire locations, dispensing hearing aids. More recently I also covered the Manchester area dispensing through optician outlets. It was during this time I decided to help my clients further by qualifying in Clinical Ear Care. It is common to find hearing affected by the presence of excess wax in the ear canal. For hearing aid users this is also likely to mean their hearing aids are also blocked by wax. To be able to restore a client's hearing on the same day simply and effectively, is very rewarding to both parties!
